Send us a note about the country you're considering, who you'll travel with, and the occasion, or just start with "I'd like to go to Europe but I'm not sure where" and we'll take it from there.

We design
Our team drafts the route, hotels, activities, and pricing within 5–7 business days. You can revise as many times as you like until it's right.

We book
Once you approve, we handle every booking, hotels, vehicles, guides, insider access, train tickets, visa, and insurance. You don't have to do a thing.

You travel
We travel with you throughout, tour leader plus photographer. Put your phone away and be present.

The Private Trip price covers everything you need while traveling, apart from international flights (quoted separately) and the lunches and dinners we deliberately leave open for you.

Questions we hear often
How long does it take to plan a Private Trip?
We recommend reaching out 90–120 days ahead for Northern Lights or Christmas Markets seasons. For other destinations 60–90 days is comfortable. Shorter lead times are possible, we adjust the program to what's still bookable.
Can a solo traveler book a Private Trip?
Wanvela Private Trips begin at 4 travelers. If you're traveling alone or as a couple, our Join Trip program is the better fit, you share the cost with a small group.
What does the price include?
Included: accommodation, private vehicles, guides, dedicated trip photographer, insider access, visa, comprehensive insurance, breakfast. Not included: international flights (quoted separately), lunch, and dinner.
Can we choose our own hotels?
Yes. Wanvela maintains a signature list (Le Bristol Paris, Le Sirenuse Positano, Sommerro Oslo, and others) we use regularly. You can upgrade, substitute, or request something we haven't tried, we'll review it personally first.
Can we cancel or reschedule?
Yes, we have a flexible cancellation policy that depends on how close to departure you cancel, and which suppliers we've already paid. The details are written into the contract you sign.
