Incentive trips
A reward for the team that hit target, designed so it actually feels like a reward rather than a company holiday. Award ceremonies and gala dinners can be built into the programme.
Wanvela designs corporate journeys around your company, from incentive trips for a sales team to overseas study visits and off-site seminars. Not an off-the-shelf programme resold to every organisation.
Every trip starts from what your organisation needs it to achieve, not from a programme we already have. We ask what result the trip is for, then design the route around that answer.
A reward for the team that hit target, designed so it actually feels like a reward rather than a company holiday. Award ceremonies and gala dinners can be built into the programme.
Taking the whole team away together, paced slowly enough that people genuinely talk to each other, with group activities shaped around your own company culture.
Meeting rooms, presentation equipment and a schedule that fits the travel days, so the agenda runs properly without eating into your team's rest.
We arrange visits to organisations, factories and trade fairs abroad, with interpreters and the documentation those appointments require.
Trips where the relationship is the work. We handle the level of detail your most important clients expect, so you can concentrate on the conversation.
Small executive groups, with flexible hotels and schedules, kept private and adjustable mid-trip when plans change.
It is measured in how people feel along the way. A corporate trip that actually works starts by designing the feeling, not by lining up destinations.
A reward designed for these particular people, rather than one more company trip arranged because it is expected.
Time away from routine lets people meet each other in a role other than their job title.
New places and shared discoveries are energy the team carries back into the work.
A good trip becomes a shared story, and shared stories are what keep people with an organisation.
What do you want this journey to mean to your people?
We translate that intention into the right destination, rhythm and experience.
Space to celebrate, connect, and simply enjoy being together.
People return with more than photographs — they return with stories they share.
We don't take an existing programme and adjust the headcount. Every corporate trip is designed from your brief, and our team travels with the group to run it.
10+ yearsof collective team experience planning and running group travel and corporate journeys
These elements can be built into the programme according to the purpose of the trip. Some depend on the season and on whether the venue can accommodate them; the team confirms what is possible at proposal stage.
A time slot or a space reserved for your group alone, from a private dining room to a full venue buy-out.
Visits outside opening hours, or access to areas not normally open to the public, where the venue allows it.
An award moment designed so the person receiving it genuinely feels honoured, rather than processed through an agenda item.
Group activities shaped around your company culture and the make-up of the team, not pulled from a standard menu.
Vineyards, farms or production sites visited with a specialist — part experience, part commercial insight.
A boat or vehicle chartered for your group alone, for the stretch of the trip you want to be its highlight.
Community or environmental work at the destination, usable as part of your organisation's sustainability reporting.
We also arrange hands-on workshops, business and study visits, cultural experiences, local expert and specialist sessions, surprise activities, and experiences designed specifically around each organisation's own concept.
We talk through the purpose of the trip, headcount, possible dates and budget range, over a call or at your office.
Our team designs the route, hotels and activities with an indicative budget within 5–7 working days, revised until it matches what you need.
An itemised quotation issued to your company, with payment terms stated, ready for procurement and whoever signs it off.
We handle group visas, travel insurance, the traveller list and the paperwork your HR team needs, and we chase everyone until it is complete.
The Wanvela team travels with the group throughout, with a photographer, so your HR team joins as travellers rather than as trip managers.
We hand over the photo album for your internal communications, along with a full cost summary and the accounting documents.
Every route adapts to your group size and the number of days you have. Or simply give us the brief and let us propose the destination.
Easy to move a whole group through, trains that run on time, and scenery that gives an incentive trip its defining image.
A short flight, well suited to study visits and annual trips where leave days are limited, balancing the agenda with real rest.
For incentive trips that need to feel genuinely exceptional, the kind employees describe for the rest of the year.
Food, hotels and group activities varied enough to suit a team with a wide range of ages and interests.
No. We organise trips for anything from a handful of executives to groups of a hundred or more. How we staff and run the trip adapts to the size of the group.
